ms consultants, inc. is looking for talented driven students looking to gain real-world business and Human Resources experience.  Interns are provided opportunities to demonstrate their functional and business capabilities with meaningful work experience, while expanding their network. The HR Intern will learn a variety of HR processes and understand the roles and functions within HR while working alongside experienced HR professionals

What You'll Do:

• Provide support to the HR team on a full spectrum of activities involving talent attraction and retention, benefits, culture, training and development, health and wellbeing, and employee onboarding
• Exposure to all levels of the organization including senior leadership
• Mentors and manager will provide on-going guidance and feedback aligned to our core competencies

What You'll Bring:

• Students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent field 
• Sophomore or Junior status preferred
• Ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
