PNK group is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Structural Plant Manager to lead our structural production facility. If you are a dynamic leader with a strong background in structural manufacturing and management, we invite you to apply for the position of Structural Plant Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the structural manufacturing plant in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the structural manufacturing plant.
- Ensure production schedules are met, and products meet quality standards.
- Provide strong leadership to the production team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a high-performing and skilled workforce.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
- Promote and enforce a culture of safety within the plant.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement best practices to minimize workplace hazards.
- Optimize the utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and raw materials.
- Monitor and control production costs to meet budgetary targets.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a structural manufacturing plant.
- In-depth knowledge of structural manufacturing processes and techniques.
- Comprehensive understanding of quality control and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with industry standards and certifications.
- Proficient in using manufacturing and project management software.
- Bilingual: Russian and English
