1st Shift - Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm - Onsite position

Now hiring for an Administrative Receptionist at our Pittsfield, New Hampshire plant. This role will be counted on to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As an Administrative Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business as well as coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to perform an array of administrative tasks.
Will perform the following tasks:
- Use the phone system to receive / transfer incoming calls.
- Greets guests and administers proper protocol, provide general support to visitors.
- Order office supplies.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external customers.
- Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Connects guest with MSA contact via electronic media.
- Completes scanning and filing using document management software.
- Sorts departmental mail, tracks and coordinates returned mail, using online tools to research missing participants.
- Creates and updates departmental forms, documents, written instructions and procedures, supporting plant leaders.
- Performs miscellaneous administrative duties.
Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communications skills.• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Education Required:
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience Preferred:
2 years previous business office experience.
