Because of our continued success and growth, we are looking to employ a HR Specialist with outstanding analytical and communication skills in our Centennial, CO office. Job Scope
A HR Specialist is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and employee relation skills. You will have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to ever changing environment. To ensure success, HR Specialist should exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management and training. Top candidates will be comfortable managing grey areas, effective at scheduling and methodical in the recruitment process.
- Assist in maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Work in conjunction with Paychex, MSI TEC’s PEO service on HR matters.
- Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management.
- Coordinate open enrollments, changes, and training for employee benefits programs.
- Performance Management
- Preparing material for performance reviews
- Assisting with performance management procedures
- Organize employee performance reviews.
- Develop and maintain talent management processes.
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to develop effective recruitment strategies and future staffing needs.
- Conducting job analysis
- Determine and create documents on job duties
- Develop training materials for presentations
- Assist in determining fair and competitive compensation packages
- Manage Labor Relations
- Monitor employee morale and company culture.
- Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.
- Liaise with employees and management
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related preferred.
- 2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator (essential).
- Good understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
- Excellent record-keeping skills.
- Good knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
