Office Engineer
MSR-FSR is looking for Office Engineers to support large scale construction in a semiconductor environment.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Create and update the framework used to develop and monitor project metrics and manage the collection of project data. Utilizing Excel, SmartSheet, and Procore to complete these activities
Review documentation for errors and incomplete information
File documentation both hard copy and electronically
Strong inter-department coordination and communications
File, audit, track and maintain incoming and outgoing document tracking system of confidential and non-confidential construction documents according to established procedures and standards for security and document organization.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within document control or construction document control field.
Familiar with security of documentation or understanding of information security guidelines.
Strong eye for detail and ability to work through issues w/o supervision.
This position is based at a live working construction site within the semiconductor industry. Work environment will be in a construction trailer. This is not a remote position; you will be required to be on site each day.
Monitor, track, and verify project matrix
Requirements:
Must have strong MS office skills, Smartsheet familiarity.
AS in Construction Manager or Engineering
Availability to work weekends- may be required
Experience in a construction environment preferred.
Problem solving, comfortable reaching out to various stakeholders to facilitate solutions with tight deadlines
