What are the responsibilities and job description for the High-Performance Center Technician position at Mt. Hood Meadows?
At Mt. Hood Meadows, we strive to create lasting memories and unforgettable experiences for our guests and team members. As a Technician in the High-Performance Center, you share your knowledge of ski and ride gear with guests and answer performance-related questions while outfitting them with demos, tuning their gear, or assisting with purchases of new ski and snowboard equipment. This is a wonderful opportunity to share your stoke for winter sports by providing our guests with gear and ride ready equipment for an excellent on-snow experience.

Must be 18 or older
Basic knowledge of ski and snowboard gear
Ability to commit to working weekends and holidays during the winter season
Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business.
Preferred Experience:
Experience ski and snowboarding tuning and/or boot fitting
Cash handling and Point of Sales experience
