Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Center (BDC) Representative. The BDC Representative plays a crucial role in driving our dealership's success by engaging with potential customers, cultivating leads, and facilitating the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Schedule appointments for showroom visits and test drives, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads, appointments, and customer interactions.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and guide them through the purchasing journey.
- Collaborate with sales team members to coordinate efforts and maximize conversion rates.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and dealership events to effectively communicate with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations at every touchpoint.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant digital tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
