Our Mt. Spokane practice is searching for a dedicated Dental Assistant who can take great care of our patients and assist during patient appointments. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and highly organized. Must have excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities and duties
Working with Dr’s, other dental assistants, and hygienists to ensure efficient patient flow
Prepare examination and surgical rooms
Assist in updating and maintaining client dental records
Offer patients advice and materials necessary to maintain good oral health
Prevent the spread of infection and disease by maintaining a clean work environment
Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
Help patients feel comfortable before, during and after dental treatment
Take impressions of patient’s teeth
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum one year experience
Certified Dental Assistant preferred
EagleSoft program knowledge preferred
Awareness of new COVID safety protocols
