Our organization is seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee our team of Operations Managers. The Supervisor will develop and implement training programs, ensure that all company processes are followed, and will regularly train new members of our Operations team. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a leadership position, high energy and motivation, and possesses the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assist team members in work-related and non-work-related tasks.
- Supervise a team of 5 to 15 employees.
- Motivate and train employees to meet their potential.
- Resolve interpersonal conflicts among employees.
- Guide a team in the achievement of work goals.
- Provide direction for a team in achieving its objectives.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
