Bilingual Staffing Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Staffing Manager to join our team in Fort Collins, Colorado. The Staffing Manager will play a crucial role in the recruitment, placement, and management of candidates for a variety of positions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.
• Support all daily operations at the office.
• Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
• Assist candidates in their application process.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for client organizations.
• Manage and maintain candidate relationships, providing a high level of service and support throughout the hiring process.
• Run daily payroll processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our database.
• Represent MTS Mobile Staffing when the company participates at all kinds of events.
• Travel might be required as well.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (will be highly valued).
• Bilingual English / Spanish.
• Proven experience in staffing and recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
