Position: SAP Project Manager
Location: At present Remote

Job Description:
Must have 6 to 10 years of experience
· The Project Manager shall have 3-5 years, ERP/Supply Chain solution implementation programs, having concurrent projects in-parallel
· Have demonstrated project leadership in the Implementation roadmaps, in-line with strategic business process transformation process with a global footprint
· Proven experience in planning, scheduling, tracking concurrent projects and drive resolution of issues, proactively identify the risks and mitigation strategies/dependencies
· Have ability to manage stakeholders – Executive sponsors, IT and Business Owners, Internal/External, Enterprise Architecture, Application vendors, System integrators, Business process owners
· Hands-on in managing Cadences, navigating multiple project managers, and reporting at various levels, leading steering committees with strong presentation and articulation skills
· Done 3-5 year running transformation projects/programs of high complexity across multiple industries
· Good communicator, having enterprise view of the program and transcending org mindset
· Creating and negotiating statements of work, program planning and milestone creation, financial reporting. Fluent in Agile and Scrum methodologies
· Project Schedules (MS Project); Status Reporting; Communications Plans, managing project financials and KPIs, etc.
· Hands-on in Project financials - Capex/Opex, Burndown, Forecast adjustments, reconcile and reporting precisely
· Hands-on in Project financials – SOWs, Supplier/vendor invoicing, accruals, quarterly reviews, manage funding/spending for change requests
· Experience working in a fast pace environment with high levels of ambiguity, change and challenges
· Able to build and lead high performing delivery teams, drive Agility and vibrant teams
· PMP/PGMP certification is needed. Scrum Master certification desired.
· Strong exposure to technology platforms like SAP SD, MM, Oracle Apps, Kinaxis Supply Chain Solution, SAP HANA, Informatica and ETL
