Position Summary:
Develop and manage project plans to ensure new information technology processes and software systems are delivered within the required time frame and budget. Consult with technology stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Create new and/or enhance existing processes and software systems to satisfy project requirements. Design, test and document processes and software systems.
Position Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Analyze project requirements and organize project timelines.
- Consult with users to refine project requirements in order to achieve company initiatives.
- Define scope and perform user acceptance testing prior to software releases.
- Create and maintain project overview documentation.
- Develop and implement new processes and systems to improve company efficiency.
- Contribute to the advancement and direction of company IT systems and mobile platforms.
- Communicating effectively to ensure projects are completed to company standards.
- Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
Knowledge/Experience/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Full understanding of SDLC (software development life cycle).
- Experience with software requirements analysis & documentation.
- Experience with Agile development methodology.
- Experience with the Atlassian suite of software preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $55,341.00 per year
