We're searching for a CCSG Loan Administrator to handle the pipeline of loans in process and prepare loan documentation You will need to ensure loans reflect approved loan terms and are consistent with Bank policy and procedures. In addition, you should understand Commercial & Industrial (C&I) loan documentation, all applicable Federal regulations and requirements, and commercial lending guidelines. Responsibilities: 60% Loan Administration: - Perform processing functions for the most complex transactions. - Retain ownership of loan file in all aspects from initial due diligence review to loan closing for C&I loans. - Review loan package for accuracy and completeness and verify appropriate levels of authority for loan approval. - Review entity documentation to determine authorized signers for legal documentation. - Ensure all Bank requirements are met and documented. - Maintain accurate and complete customer communication logs. - Partner with the Credit Executives and Account Officer to resolve issues that arise, and interact with line management on escalations prior to ordering documents or boarding/funding. - Deliver executable loan documents in accordance with Account Officer and borrower requirements. 20% Loan Closing: - Review executed loan documents to ensure integrity of documents and proper execution. - Responsible for ensuring that the Bank's lien is properly secured and acceptable insurance is obtained, all conditions have been satisfied and signed off by appropriate authorized levels, and coordinate closing and funding of the loan. - Prepare funding documentation including boarding data for data processing system, reconciliation of fees and deposits, and satisfaction of loan compliance issues. 10% Lead and Influence: - Make recommendations to manager on improvements, new product requirements, and system enhancements. - Grow and strengthen internal partnerships. - Provide extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers. 10% Risk and Compliance: - Ensure adherence to Bank policies related to credit and compliance, such as: Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), compliance Testing, Risk Management support, due diligence requirements. The right candidate will have: - 7 years experience in loan documentation - Understanding of the commercial loan process, loan accounting, and complex commercial loan documentation - Strong reasoning and analytical skills - Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel - Detailed knowledge of bank policies, legal/ regulatory environment, and industry standards - High School diploma or G.E.D.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
