Mugwump Productions is seeking Event Technicians to assist with setting up proms, weddings, corporate events and various themed parties. The ideal candidate would be a team player willing to assist in delivering the best customer experience.

Hiring for Full-Time, Part-Time, Seasonal and Freelance positions.

Responsibilities:

• Pull and prep event decor for events.
• Load event decor into trucks for transit.
• Set up and strike event decor at various event sites.
• Restock event decor and other items to the proper storage location in the warehouse.
• Properly handle delicate and fragile event decor equipment.
• Drive to and from event sites.

Required Skills (Including Physical Requirements):

• Ability to walk, lift up to 100 pounds, bend, and drive as needed.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record - this is a very important.
• Interest in driving or previous experience driving 26' straight trucks - we will provide training.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience as an event technician.
• Intermediate PC knowledge including Windows, Office, typing and the ability to learn various databases and software.
• Reach truck/forklift operator.

Equipment Used:

• Ability to drive trucks and vans, use of basic hand tools, ability to operate reach truck and or forklift.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Team player and great problem-solving skills.
