Administrative & Sales Support Assistant
Muirfield Energy is looking for an Administrative and Sales Support Assistant to support a highly successful energy management company that is growing nationwide. This role will collaborate with the President, Office Manager and sales team to provide a high level of service to our internal team and valued clients. This position is ideal for a well-organized person who enjoys multi-tasking and working with both technology and people. It offers a good balance between team support responsibilities and independent, project-based work.

Pay Range:
$19.00 to $22.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:
In this diverse role, the Administrative & Sales Support Assistant will:
- Answer phones, distribute mail, order office supplies, and other general office functions.
- Support the new business and renewal processes.
- Prepare and mail welcome letters in a timely manner to accompany signed supply agreements.
- Maintain and update customer data in Clarity Soft (CRM tool), Access, Excel and a proprietary database.
- Update sales statistic reports.
- Update market data charts.
- Confirm customer enrollments.
- Schedule and manage weekly and monthly Zoom conference calls, quarterly sales meetings, office events, and appointments. Responsible for travel arrangements, agenda preparation, and lunch coordination.
- Assist with marketing functions: mailings, presentations, sales events, email campaigns.
- Provide administrative support to the President, Office Manager and sales team.
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Document new processes and update existing procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with:
- 2 years of business office work experience (administrative assistant or sales support experience strongly desired).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills is required.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A valid driver’s license is required. Clear driver's abstract preferred.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
