Position Summary:
MukikiM Toys, based in Milwaukee, WI, is looking for a National Sales Manager.
We are looking for an energetic sales strategist with exceptional leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate sales results. This position seeks to provide the best service to Independent Sales Reps Groups and Customers. Increasing our sales volume with existing accounts as well as opening new accounts (either through independent Sales Reps and/ or through direct contact).

This position is performed with little supervision and requires initiative and judgment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
· Work closely with independent sales representatives to present our products to retailers.
· Ensure that Independent Sales Reps receive the best training and tools to perform their role.
· Manage performance and productivity of independent sales reps.
· Attract new customers / Develop new business (B2B)
· Set appointments from provided contact lists and cold call prospects.
· Retain and service current customers with consistent follow-up.
· Make presentations to encourage buyers.
· Generate new leads and connect directly with potential accounts to increase sales volume. From Specialty accounts to Mid-Tier accounts.
· Ensure customers’ needs are met and support is always given.
· Perform ‘after-sales’ support to ensure right attention and positioning for our products.
· Manage a portfolio of National Specialty account in North America Territory.
· Ability to open new mid-tier accounts and grow existing accounts.
· Attending industry trade shows in support of independent representatives and to maintain or initiate customer relations with attending retailers.
· Monitor costs, analyze margins, and ensure overall account profitability.
· Forecasting and Inventory planning.
· Know all products in depth. Advanced product knowledge to make accurate recommendations to sales reps and customers.
· Other duties as assigned from time to time.
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
· Proven work experience as Sales Manager of Consumer Goods (FMCG).
· Related degree in Marketing, Business or Merchandising
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence
· Strong ability to use Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
· Strong analytical, decision making, project management, planning and organizational skills.
· Engaging, friendly, sales personality
· Enjoys in-person sales, over the phone sales, and email correspondence.
· A Natural relationship builder
· Excited and willing to travel to tradeshows. This position requires travel multiple times a year.
· Detail orientated.
· An excellent researcher

Compensation:
· Base Bonus/Commission on performance
