Requirements
- Be a member of the California State Bar in good standing (required)
- A background in Workers' Compensation defense (required)
- References and writing samples (required)
- Have a personable and friendly character
- Able to identify urgency and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Confident, articulate and persuasive in speech and writing
- Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Able to work using case management software in a paperless environment
- Travel is required to seminars and courts for trials
