Mullins Cheese is seeking a self- motivated, team- oriented, eager to work individual for our plant custodian position. Position Summary
This position is responsible for cleaning all non production areas within the facility on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain records of the nature and cleaning schedule for a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly tasks for a consistent cleaning of all facilities assets.
- Work with others to determine to accomplish all areas being thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Clean and sanitize locker rooms, breakrooms, restrooms, control rooms, offices, lobby, conference rooms, and changing rooms, plant entry/exit.
- Clean all floors within the facility not located inside the production area.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of all required cleaning and bathroom supplies. Report any inventory requirements to the inventory manager for ordering.
- Report any issues or equipment malfunctions to maintenance, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, or Facility Management.
Schedule Requirements
- Normal: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
- 6:00am-3:00pm
- Required if needed to complete any essential job function: Saturday and Sunday
Physical Requirements
- Bending and twisting with 25 lbs. in hand
- Long Periods of Standing and Walking
- Lifting 50 lbs. from the ground periodically
- Good finger/hand/multi-limb dexterity

Wage
- $16.00/ hour
- $3 shift premium all day Saturday
- 1.5x pay over 40 hours
