Join a growing player within the material handling industry! Nova Technology manufactures dock door seals and shelters and other loading dock equipment.
Position Summary: Work directly with the Sales Manager in creating and processing additional sales leads and growth within the division.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Compile list of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
- Make outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services.
- Handle inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.
- Develop new customers and enhance business with existing customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and business issues of prospective customers.
- Emphasize salable features, quote prices and credit terms, and prepare sales orders for orders obtained.
- Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of production and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate customer training and demonstrations.
- Prepare department reports.
- Enter new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.
- Work with outside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date.
- Investigate and resolve customer problems with deliveries.
HOURS: 7:00am-3:30pm

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per year
