Multi-Fab Products is seeking a motivated, passionate, and experienced Marketing Content Specialist to join our marketing team. The Marketing Content Specialist reports to the Marketing Manager and works with sales and marketing to develop content for a wide range of online and traditional marketing projects including; email blasts, websites, brochures, data sheets, whitepapers, case studies, press releases, social media, product launches, video scripts and more.

This position is best suited for a candidate with experience in marketing, public relations and/or mass communications. In addition to a solid grasp of general marketing principles and tools, the Marketing Content Specialist should possess basic knowledge of search engine optimization, online advertising and social media. In addition to technical skills, the Marketing Content Specialist must possess excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills. The ability to research topics, organize information and clearly express ideas through written content, and deliver on deadlines.

Candidates must be strong writers, as the primary focus of the job is content development for a variety of platforms. Portfolio samples required for consideration.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and manage marketing content for social, web and email campaigns across various channels under the direction of marketing manager.
  • Create content for newsletters, web pages, digital and print ads, collateral, whitepapers, case studies, press releases, and other content related to our products and services.
  • Research, write and develop quality content across all business units.
  • Script out videos, webinars, and other multimedia content.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining the editorial calendar.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define content needs and contribute to editorial calendar development.
  • Create, edit, design and publish Constant Contact email campaigns.
  • Create, edit and publish content to social media platforms.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years content development/copywriting experience in a marketing environment; experience in the material handling industry a plus.
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and research skills.
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop content for various channels including web, email, print, and internal communications.
  • Ability to think strategically and leverage best practices to develop copy/content aligned with business objectives.
  • Experienced writing for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Constant Contact
  • Proactively collaborates within marketing and with cross-functional teams in a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across competing priorities.
  • Great attitude, goal driven and team player.
