Multi-Site Property Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Manager to oversee the operations of our property. The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of the property, maintaining tenant satisfaction, and maximizing occupancy rates. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address repair requests and ensure timely completion
- Oversee the leasing process, including screening applicants, preparing lease agreements, and conducting move-in/move-out inspections
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including rent payments and expenses
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates
- Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize property management software (OneSite) to track leasing activity, generate reports, and manage tenant files
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including Section 8 and LIHTC requirements

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent conflict management and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software is a plus
- Sales experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
