What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Assistant position at Multi Machine Inc?
· Record & Reconcile Bank Account transactions
· Record & Reconcile Multi Machine’s Credit Card transactions
· Handle Petty Cash transactions & replenish the balance as needed
· Work with company accountants to provide financial requests as necessary
· Accounts Payable
· Keep all incoming paper & emailed bills paid in a timely manner via ACH, check or credit card
· Maintain a biweekly check run schedule
· Enter and file all bills from all vendors
· Accounts Receivable
· Follow Up weekly with customer accounts 60 days or more overdue
· Send out statements monthly to each customer with an open balance
· Apply and record all incoming payments from vendors
· Compile A/R and A/P reports weekly for financial review meetings
· Handle all incoming finance related calls and email requests
· Submit 1099’s yearly
· Review all unbilled purchase orders monthly
· Handle sales tax for all states Multi Machine deals in
· Deposit all checks from customers on a daily basis
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
