Position Summary:
The Clinic Manager- MMA Radiation Oncology provides direct supervision of daily clinic operations and is responsible for ensuring that the clinic and staff maintain ethical, professional, service and regulatory standards. Provides input into and participates in program development, policy development and unit performance improvement. The Radiation Therapy manager is technically and clinically competent, adheres to department standards and can fill in when department needs dictates. This individual is responsible for coaching and mentoring staff, physicians and advance practice providers to successfully practice to the full capability of their role. The Supv-MMA Radiation Oncology goals will align closely with those of the Regional Manager-MMA while being the present and accountable leader to transform the vision and goals into action. This position requires competency in change management and performance improvement, while possessing basic knowledge for business, revenue cycle, and healthcare operations.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires two years of leadership experience in Radiation Oncology
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or Dosimetry
Associates degree required; Bachelors preferred
Licensed as a Radiation Therapy Technologist in the State of Washington or Certified Medical Dosimetrist
