The Director of Quality, Compliance and Regulatory leads the strategic direction of Laboratory Quality, Compliance, and Regulatory for NorthWest Community Labs (NWCL) to ensure successful attainment of the organization’s vision for employee and patient safety, and clinical excellence in care and outcomes for all patients/clients of the laboratory. The work of the Director is fully integrated with NWCL departments/leaders. The Director manages quality and regulatory compliance initiatives and leads accreditation initiatives relative to NW Community Labs operations and clients.
Minimum Requirements:
Ten (10) years of professional/technical experience with at least 5 years related to quality or education
Five (5) years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity
Experience with diagnostic laboratory instrumentation, laboratory quality processes and regulations.
Six Sigma Laboratory Accreditation Experience preferred
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Master’s degree required
Certification of Medical Technologist, MLS(ASCP)CM, MT (ASCP) preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
