FTE: .01 Shift: Variable Schedule: Variable

This position is primarily a day position, there will be Donor events requiring attendance for evening, night and weekend Donor events and with advance notice. Must live in Spokane or N. Idaho

Position Summary

The Donor and Board Affairs Coordinator is a key role responsible for providing comprehensive support for board and donor/volunteer relationship building activities for MultiCare Foundations. In this senior-level administrative support position, you will engage with confidential materials in a high visibility position, allowing you to apply excellent customer service and independent judgment skills.

Responsibilities

  • You will provide board staff support needed for board activities, working closely with the ED/Dir to assure the accuracy and timeliness of all materials
  • You will represent MHS to the board with a high level of professionalism, discretion, judgment and confidentiality
  • You will attend all assigned board and committee meetings
  • You will prepare the annual board calendar and meeting agendas, and schedules and makes all arrangements for board meetings

Requirements

  • AA degree
  • Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in an administrative field may be considered in lieu of education
  • Experience in a non-profit development office is preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $24.83 - $35.74 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
