We have an immediate opening for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our growing Human Resources Department as an HR Recruiter. In this position you will work directly with our Human Resources Supervisor and accompany all department managers with HR-related duties. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas; benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, policy implementation, leave administration, affirmative action, and employment law compliance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities of this position include:
· Administer various human resource plans and procedures for company personnel; assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
· Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems
· Monitor the performance evaluation program and revise as necessary
· Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing
· Assist in evaluation of reports, decision and results of department in relation to established goals
· Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of department and services performed
· Maintains human resource information system (Paycom) records and compiles reports from database
· Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations

Requirements for this position include:
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills demonstrated by proven success
· 3 years’ experience working with various human resources functions
· Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent years of experience
· Highly organized with proactive thinking & planning
· Efficient time management, effective prioritizing tasks
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Possesses a broad knowledge of most HR functional areas, including compensation, benefits, and employee relations
· Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
· Manage recruitment with Application Tracking System experience
· Experience with HRIS programs and Microsoft Office 365

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
