Job description
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls, routing calls to appropriate offices and taking down messages with great attention to detail.
Provide a professional appearance to greet visitors and clients as they walk into the office.
Provide assistance with sorting incoming mail, as well as processing outgoing mail.
Keep calendars, record of supplies and inventory for the office.
Create various forms for effective correspondence, and perform data entry and general administrative tasks, such as scanning and filing of documents.
Extensive phone work - calling courts, ordering medical records and medical bills, scheduling client meetings.
Provide support to staff, for the smooth operation of the office.
Preparing and sending out mailers
Running errands to various locations as instructed.
Requirements:
Drivers Licenses and dependable transportation
Knowledge of mailroom procedures and mail processing techniques helpful,
Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel packages,
Strong computer and administrative skills,
Detail oriented,
Able to work under pressure/deadlines,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
Excellent Organizational skills,
Work well in a team environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
