Job Posting for Litigation Legal Assistant at Munck Wilson Mandala

Munck Wilson Mandala is looking to add a legal assistant to its newly opened downtown Waco office. This position will handle a variety of responsibilities and will act as the office’s receptionist as well as an administrative and legal assistant. The ideal candidate is a polished professional who will interact with clients and be the first point of contact for visitors at the firm. This position supports two partners and will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including answering calls, mail distribution, correspondence, entering billable time, creating files and engagement letters, running conflicts checks, and managing calendar appointments and travel, among other duties. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office, detail-oriented, have a team-player mentality, and have excellent organizational skills. Previous professional or law firm experience is strongly preferred.
