Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee our printing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring production meets quality and efficiency standards.
Duties:
- Manage day-to-day production activities to meet operational goals
- Lead and develop a team of production staff to achieve performance targets
- Be able to produce signs as well as operate sign equipment
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime
- Monitor supply chain activities to maintain inventory levels and production schedules
Requirements:
- Experience in the field of sign making
- Proven experience in plant management and operations leadership
- Ability to motivate and improve staff to meet daily goals.
- Demonstrate ability to solve issues with printers/cutters/software.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
