ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 3 years progressively more responsible experience.in the institutional food service industry. Supervisory or leadership experience a plus.
Must have production experience, ability to be able to problem solve, have cash handling experience, previous experience supervising both people & resources, and be self-motivated. This position will lead the meal service at MCHC as well as support the management team at Munson Medical Center. Ability to effectively communicate policies, and/or procedures in a manner easily understood by fellow employees
ORGANIZATION
Works under minimal supervision. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals. Reports directly to the Retail Manager and Dept. Director, woking closely with them to develop and guide process.
Supervision Provided: Orient, trains, assigns and checks the work of employees.
