Banquet Captain
Job Description: Responsible for supervising the set up, execution and breakdown of banquet functions in accordance with the Banquet Event Order in the absence of a Banquet Manager or assist the banquet manager in the above functions. Also ensures guest satisfaction.
Educational Requirements: High School diploma or GED required.
Skills Required: Preferred minimum of two years experience in supervisory role and banquet service industry.
Status: Full Time
Salary: Salary dependent upon experience and education.
