Job Description Summary
Under the direction of the Resiliency Program Manager, the Wellness and Resiliency Clinician works with the Resiliency Team, MUSC Health Faculty, Staff and Employees, HR, subject matter experts, and vendors to develop, implement and operationalize the Wellness and Resiliency Program. This position will develop, review implement, coordinate, communicate and provide wellness and resiliency programming and interventions to all MUSC faculty, staff, and employees within the MUSC Pee Dee Region to promote an environment which supports and increases the resiliency of all professionals. Responsibilities will be conducted both virtually and in person in hospital-based settings at MUSC Health Florence. Interdisciplinary team collaboration is essential.Entity

Minimum Requirements: A bachelor's degree and two years professional experience in human services or social services programs.
