The Musco Team Development department is currently seeking a Team Development Coordinator to work from our Oskaloosa office. This position will have a focus on providing support and assist with the development, implementation, and coordination of programs, processes, and procedures to promote learning and development at Musco. What you will do as a Team Development Coordinator:

• Coordinate Team Development & Training Calendar 
• Communicate with Team Members, subject matter experts (SME), facilitators, vendors, external trainers, and the TD Team on opportunities, needs, and schedules for training and development. 
• Assist with developing and preparing training materials. 
• Oversee organization of Training and Development materials, rooms, programs, calendars, grants, and files. 
• Partner with the others on the Team to manage needs and schedules for instructor-led training, self-paced modules, videos, knowledge checks, surveys, and training resources with the Learning Management System. 
• Manage, test, and provide maintenance for content within the Learning Management System. 
• Respond to and troubleshoot Team Member inquiries related to LMS issues. 
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to ensure the Musco Learning (LMS) is operating correctly. 
• Prepare training data and reports, audit course completions, work with Team Development to ensure accurate data management, generate reports and conduct data analysis to identify improvement opportunities in training and quality. 
• Assist the Team with additional tasks as needed. 
• Other duties and special projects as assigned. 

What you need to be successful:

• 3-5 years of related work experience, preferred in a development /training environment
• Minimum Associates degree preferred
• Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Ability to analyze and present data
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task and self-prioritize individual work on multiple projects and requests
• Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
• Adaptable, flexible and resilient
• Ability to independently solve problems
• Willing and able to accommodate necessary hours for program execution
• Able to meet deadlines and work independently
• Enjoy learning and working in a continually changing environment
• Creative and Resourceful

 Other special requirements:

• Overtime as required to fulfill duties
• Some travel and work outside regular business hours may be necessary
