Branch Manager Position Requirements:
Parts, Service, Sales and Warranty
Managing facility budgets (GP, PAD, expenses, and WIP)
Perform all employee Performance Reviews and Merit Increases
Branch staffing and employee relations
Maintain employee engagement and a productive work environment
Represent Mustang in a professional manner in and away from the office
Ensure exceptional customer service and support is provided by all Mustang Cat branch employees
As the Branch Manager you will manage, supervise and perform all duties associated with the day-to-day operations of the Mustang Cat Lufkin branch location. Branch Manager Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree majoring in business, industrial or mechanically related field
Will consider previous work and management experience in lieu of educational requirements
Minimum of 5 years demonstrated management experience and proved leadership ability
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Be able to motivate and be apart of a team
Working knowledge of Cat Parts, Service, Sales and Warranty operations
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with and relate to customers and their needs
Excellent computer skills, with experience using all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other Database systems
