Parts Coordinator Responsibilities:
Assisting service supervisors and technicians with parts needs
Professional communication regarding parts status and updates
Safe operation of a forklift
Order and check parts
Maintain backorder report
Deliver parts to appropriate location/technician
Ensure timely processing of return warranty parts and core returns
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Additional tasks assigned as needed
Parts Coordinator Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent
Experience working in a warehouse environment
Previous experience operating a forklift
Ability to demonstrate safe practices and follow all safety policies
Lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Exceptional customer service skills
Professional communication skills (verbal, written, email, phone, in-person)
Basic computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service focused work environment
Preferred Experience:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
