Parts Coordinator Responsibilities:
Receiving, sorting, and stocking incoming inventory
Outside purchases and Warranty Parts for the engine shop
Communicate with suppliers/vendors, the service and sales departments, and customers as needed
Pulling orders for internal and external customers
Safe operation of a forklift
Build hydraulic hoses as needed
Perform inventory counts
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Additional tasks assigned as needed
Parts Coordinator Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent
Experience working in a warehouse environment
Previous experience operating a forklift
Ability to demonstrate safe practices and follow all safety policies
Lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Exceptional customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service focused work environment
Preferred Experience:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience working in a heavy equipment parts operation
Knowledge of Cat Systems and products
