Position Requirements:High school graduate or equivalentKnowledge of operating equipment and equipment check pointsExperience with material handling and load movementAbility to work independently and follow set directionsUtilize electronic systems and processesProblem solverMust be able to lift 50 lbsWilling to work outdoors/in non-climate controlled areas, in all weather conditionsProfessional communication skills (verbal and written)Maintain safety at all timesAble to work in a fast-paced environment Role Responsibilities:Verify paperwork to ensure haul drivers are loading correct equipmentAssist with loading and unloading equipmentDirect haul drivers on where to put equipment returning from rentPerform rental check-in process as soon as equipment hits the yardGeneral house-keeping throughout the facilityAssist with wash rack dutiesAssist with getting machines what is needed for makereadyAudit the rent ready equipment to check the status of equipment on the ready lineKeep yard/equipment on yard neat, clean, and organized
