In addition to a competitive compensation package, including W2 pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, pet insurance, and a 401k match.

We're proud to offer an industry leading compensation package. Through this program, you'll receive a non-recoverable draw (guaranteed minimum income) for up to 12 months plus commission. On average, our Loan Officers earn approximately $150,000 annually, with the potential to achieve even greater earnings.
