Responsibilities

  • World-Class service for Home Builder accounts
  • Weekly communication with Builder Sales Consultants
  • Educated and Pre-Qualify Leads
  • Lead & Sales Pipeline Management
  • Proactive communication with Team Members
  • Site visits
  • Take loan applications
  • Attend closings

Qualifications

  • Active NMLS ID
  • Minimum 2 years of experience originating purchase loans
  • Detail oriented
  • Highly organized
  • Clear communicator
  • Willing to follow a proven process

Compensation

  • $12 Hourly Rate Commission
  • Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits
