Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is looking for an analytical Paid Media Specialist to grow and manage the paid media marketing channel.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handling the daily activities necessary to help meet their monthly lead volume and efficiency goals.
- Assist in managing large paid media campaigns across various accounts at scale
- Multi-campaign optimizations, bid adjustments, and spend management are at the core of this role.
- Review deliverables and provide timely feedback.
- Deep analysis of campaigns to ensure pricing structure (CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL) is within the targeted spending goals. Management of campaign performance throughout the sales funnel down to the keyword level.
- Stay on top of emerging industry trends, technologies, and platform advancements.
- Help develop integrated digital marketing strategies in collaboration with other departments and client teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent business experience required.
- 2 years hands on experience managing PPC campaigns
- Understanding and proven track record of managing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to make fact-based decisions.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience executing successful paid search & display campaigns
- Experience overseeing day-to-day campaign management, budgets and optimizations
