WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Develop and execute the segment analytics vision and strategy, collaborating with insights, analytics, and customer experience leadership.
  • Lead the implementation of analysis, predictive analytics, and customer experience visualization tools for key customer lifecycle events.
  • Ensure high-quality methods for gathering and managing large datasets, coordinating with data governance for data integrity.
  • Collaborate with function/domain leads to build and maintain customer-centric data assets using internal and external data.
  • Improve the quality and timeliness of business intelligence, with a focus on customer data.
  • Assess tradeoffs between customer value/satisfaction and company value/financial performance metrics.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, communicate effectively, and promote a data-driven culture.

ABOUT YOU:

  • 7 years of experience in analytics with a proven track record of success.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantitative Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or similar discipline, or relevant work experience.
  • Familiarity with contemporary data collection, ETL, and analytic methods and tools for structured and unstructured data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships internally and externally at multiple levels.
  • Extensive experience with data management, information quality, and data validation.
  • Ability to manage complex analytical projects independently, juggling multiple competing priorities while working collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

  • You are able to work remotely and have access to high-speed internet.

  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year

  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 56 hours of personal time in 2023, prorated based on start date.
  • Salary Range: Minimum: $151,000 Maximum: $225,000
