The Dishwasher will maintain a steady workflow, cleaning and sanitizing all food-preparation equipment, dishes, and utensils.
Schedule: Hours Depend on Scheduling and Department Needs.
Responsibilities:
- Carefully and promptly wash all restaurant dishes, utensils, and food preparation equipment.
- Follow manufacturers' instructions when operating dish washing equipment and cleaning chemicals.
- Obtains necessary products and small equipment items required for food preparation.
- Maintains a clean workstation throughout the entire shift, including equipment used for food preparation tasks and the entire kitchen area.
- Takes out trash, Mop areas as directed, and break down boxes to maintain clean workstation and kitchen.
- Performs other appropriate tasks assigned by the Director of Food and Beverage.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs up to 5 days a week.
- Must have a High School diploma or GED.
- Previous hospitality industry experience (Preferred) not required.
