Mesilla Valley Transportation is one of the largest locally owned Truck Load carriers in the U.S. We specialize in time-sensitive service between major manufacturing areas within the U.S., Canada, and Mexico borders.
Mesilla Valley Transportation is now hiring a Helpdesk Technician in Las Cruces, NM!!!
The Helpdesk Technician is responsible for ensuring proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Document all pertinent end-user information into the issue tracking system.
- Performs hands-on technical computer installation, upgrade, and repair.
- Escalates problems per escalations guidelines.
- Works with team members to solve problems.
- Successfully handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year College or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (Required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
