Responsibilities include:
- Oversee Company’s accounting department in connection with job costing, collection of receivables, and timeliness of financial reporting
- Manage accounts payable, purchase orders and accounts receivable processes and reporting
- Improve, monitor, and update internal accounting policies
- Estimating of various construction jobs, and reviewing to actual results
- Prepare periodic financial budgets and forecasts
- Manage and report on cash flow
- Participate in strategic planning related to the Company’s growth model
Requirements:
- Working experience in the Construction Industry
- Knowledgeable with accounting reports and documentation
- Strong management/supervisory experience
- Experience with general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent communication skills
Ability to work to meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
