Essential Functions
- Troubleshoots and resolves IT issues via phone, web, and in-person channels.
- Ensure all incidents are resolved against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Partners with IT and business personnel to discuss the impact of incidents on products and services.
- Proactively learns and trains other staff members on new product and service technologies.
- Will also engage and be responsible for the following:
- EndPoint Manager administration - Imaging, application deployments, device configuration policies, device management, etc.
- M365 Administration - User/Group accounts, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, etc.
- Hardware Management - endpoint devices.
- Email management including distribution lists, on-perm Exchange server (hybrid with Exchange Online) SPF, DMARC, DKIM and M365
- PrinterCloud Administration - print server administration
- SharePoint Administration
- Remote Support Tools Administration - Zoho, Intel vPro, RDP
- Apple Business Manager Administration - iPad management
- Software License Management
- Office/site deployments - implementation and management
- Four-year degree in technology, computer science, or related field; or equivalent combination of experience, skills, and training.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in IT support, business analyst, or system admin role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Microsoft M365 Platform/Product Administration.
- Must be service minded with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and quickly resolve issues.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective prioritization and project management.
- Experience with incident troubleshooting and escalation.
- The anticipated hourly rate for this position is between $30-37/hr., based on experience.
