What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Project Manager position at MWIDM Inc.?
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Track portfolio health status across the product management Kanban using information systems e.g. Clarity, JIRA.
* Collaborate with RTEs, Product Managers, Software Leaders and Product Owners to track and ensure readiness of initiatives, epics, and features for prioritization. Help develop and improve the current portfolio process, cadence and governance mechanism
* Communicate the progress across initiatives over a period and measure against success metrics.
* Coach core program management skills (capturing voice of the customer; risk identification, mitigation, & escalation; collaborative problem solving).
* Develop dashboards and communication packs for the overall status of the portfolio – e.g. progress, risks, impact and metrics.
