· Responsible for supporting business operations team with accounting and financial reporting associated with marketing, media and advertising.
· Access to monthly and quarterly reporting processes including recurring month end close areas as assigned, primarily operating expense accounting, and general support to Marketing Operations department while reporting to the Sr Specialist. Acts as a key accounting role within marketing department to coordinate invoice reports, Purchase Order reports and review of monthly financial expenses.
· Works independently with minimal guidance , has ability to deliver on strict deadlines and manages process changes and implementation of new programs.

Years of Experience:
- Generally requires 3-5 years related experience.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines.
- Strong PC skills with proficiency in Excel and Word, and experience in other Microsoft Office applications.
-General Knowledge of Marketing and advertising expense terms helpful.
-Prior financial analyst/general accounting experience in a marketing or advertising environment preferred
