missions :
Location: Lenexa, KS or Bridgewater, NJ Job Summary and Purpose: The Recruiting Coordinator, will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process within Ceva. They will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process from start to finish. The coordinator will own the coordinating of interviews, managing candidate communication, and providing support throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Responsibilities and Key Duties: · Interview Coordination o Schedule and coordinate interviews, including arranging interview rooms, coordinating with interviewers' schedules, and ensuring timely communication with candidates. o Provide logistical support for virtual and in-person interviews, including sending interview confirmations, travel arrangements (if applicable), and providing necessary information to candidates. · Candidate Communication o Serve as point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process to communicate interview schedules, feedback, and next steps to candidates in a professional and courteous manner. o Coordination of Candidate Travel, as needed o Offer Process Management including offer letter creation in People Cloud, relevant background check testing and drug screening and coinciding follow up on all pre-hire tasks · Candidate Sourcing and Screening o Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. o Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions. o Coordinate and schedule initial phone screens and interviews between candidates and hiring managers. · Talent Acquisition Operations o Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database. o Generate and distribute recruitment-related reports and metrics as needed. o Assist with the creation and posting of job descriptions on internal and external job boards. · Onboarding Assistance o Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including assisting with onboarding paperwork and orientation schedules. o Follow up with new hires to ensure a positive onboarding experience and address any questions or concerns Core Competencies: · Shape solutions out of complexity - Accepts the need for flexibility · Client focus - Responds to requests and needs in a positive way · Collaborate with empathy - Actively shares information and listens to others within a group · Engage and develop - Actively seeks new opportunities for learning · Drive ambition and accountability - Ensures accuracy of his/her work · Influence others - Communicates clearly Technical / Functional Competencies: Talent Acquisition Administrative Organization/Time Management Communication – written and verbal Qualifications: · Education – Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related field preferred · Work Experience – 1 years Talent Acquisition and/or human resources experience. · Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations · Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills · Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion · Proficiency in MS Office and experience in Applicant Tracking and HRIS systems – experience in People Cloud preferred · Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Other (consider certifications, specialized knowledge and/or training, etc.) - Physical Requirements: Working Conditions: Standard office environment.
