Warehouse Associate

Duties:

- Perform order fulfillment duties, including picking and packing items for shipment
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate equipment such as cherry pickers and RF scanners
- Load and unload trucks with stock and packages
- Maintain accurate inventory records using AS400 system
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines while performing warehouse tasks

• Processing inventory and preparing it for shipment to Amazon facilities.This includes labeling, poly bagging / shrink wrapping, boxing, bubble wrapping & other activities.
• Ensuring accurate preparation of products and that no products are being damaged in the process.
• Keeping a Clean and Usable workspace.
• Keeping track of inventory, performing inventory counts and adjustments.This includes receiving, putting away, manifesting, and shipping products via small parcel and via pallets.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to operate equipment such as cherry pickers
- Familiarity with AS400 system for inventory management
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
- Proficiency in using RF scanners for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment processes

• High school diploma or currently enrolled.
• Warehouse experience or Manual labor / Manufacturing experience
• Ability to follow directions and keep up in a fast paced work environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time while working.
• Ability to maintain an on time schedule M-F (8am - 4 pm)
• Detail oriented, ability to count cases, items & pallets quickly and accurately.
• Reliable Transportation
• Ability to keep a clean and organized work area.

Working Conditions:

• Indoor Warehouse work in a heated warehouse.
• Standing for 8 hours
• Essential physical requirements, such as lifting, walking and carrying products.
• Physical effort/lifting, must be able to lift up to 70 lbs unassisted.
• Monday - Friday (Typically 8 am - 4:30 pm)

Pay Range:

Employees in this position should expect to make from $14 - $19 per hour. (Starting Pay is $14-15 per hour)

Employees will be reviewed for raises on a quarterly basis based on performance (Work Completed per Day)
