Position Overview:
In this role, the Accounts Receivable Specialist will support accounting operations by ensuring that all operational credit and collection services are carried out in an effective, timely and properly controlled manner.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven organization and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Sage 300 a plus.
Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare customer invoices and review for accuracy
- Posts customer payments by recording and reconciling cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
- Prepare and perform bank deposits.
- Assist with collections including contacting customers concerning unpaid invoices.
- Research and resolve discrepancies.
- Summarizes receivables by maintaining and reconciling the components of beginning and ending outstanding accounts receivable.
- Participates in audits and continuous quality improvement.

$22-25 / hr
